American Colonial Revival style house designed for M.L. Tanbor by Architects Walker and Eisen in 1938. The partnership of Albert R. Walker and Percy A. Eisen designed some of Los Angeles' most notable buildings include the Fine Arts Building, James Oviatt Building, Hotel Normandie, Platt Building and the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. The M. L. Tanbar Residence is located at 3503 Griffith Park Blvd. in the Los Feliz Neighborhood of Los Angeles.
