Tomalevski House, L&V Architects,Vladimir Bogdanov Tomalevski Design 2007

Dramatic new contemporary home located at 2761 Glendower Avenue n Los Feliz. Seen from the street, the house has a stunning blue-metal piece jutting out of the roof (seen in the accompanying photo). A short walk down the adjacent stair-street reveals this stunning composition. The house was recently listed for sale and is currently (August 2010) in escrow at an asking price of $1.79M.
